ABOUT THE ROLE

We are proud of the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build.  Ertech have been awarded a contract for a major upgrade to the Great Western Highway which will reinvigorate the gateway to the NSW Central West. As we embark on this exciting project, Ertech are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our passionate and dedicated team.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Planning own tasks in a systematic manner for assigned work areas  
  • Inspecting project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards 
  • Planning of the use of relevant resources throughout the start-up, construction and handover phases 
  • Supporting the project team with productivity monitoring and measurement
  • Support the project team with quality management obligations
  • Support the project team with procurement planning and management

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor in Engineering), completed
  • Basic understanding of application of engineering surveying practices
  • A willingness to learn the principles of construction from a field based perspective
  • A willingness to take charge of your development by drawing on experience from seasoned supervisory and engineering staff
  • Theoretical understanding of engineering project planning and scheduling
