ABOUT THE ROLE

We're currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This full-time permanent role is based at our Head Office in Wangara, Perth, with occasional Barrow Island site visits required.

Reporting to the Project Director, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from minor civil works to electrical installations, underground services, HDPE lining, concrete structures refurbishment, and camp upgrades, including HVAC systems.

Your responsibilities will include cost control, cash flow management, monthly billing, subcontractor management, scheduling, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities also include:

• Leading and completing projects from initiation to completion.
• Managing project start-up, maintaining construction schedule, and ensuring effective handover
• Taking ownership of project's commercial aspects and considering cost implications
• Building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Anticipating and preventing potential issues within projects
• Fostering continuous learning and improvement within project teams
• Identifying capability requirements for future projects
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of HSEQ conditions

ABOUT YOU

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• 10-15 years of previous experience as a Project Manager
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in the relevant areas such as minor civil works, electrical installations, etc.
• Knowledge of industrial relations management
• Skills in client and risk management, as well as procurement and supplier management
