ABOUT THE ROLE

We are proud of the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build and are now recruiting for a talented Administrator to oversee Ertech Queensland’s head office in Meadowbrook and provide Project Administration support to some of our construction projects around the State. 

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Handling accounts payable and receivables
  • Assisting with the coordination of employee and plant mobilisations to site, encompassingplant and equipment management, general project support
  • Supporting our tendering team with bid administration
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and/ or reliability in processes, e.g. in project reporting
  • Building effective relationships at all levels as you collaborate with Project Staff, Finance, HR, Payroll, Workshop and Office Staff, to provide an effective service
  • Fostering great relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, external consultants, regulatory bodies
  • Performing general office administration duties as requiredFor the right candidate, the opportunity to grow and learn in the role with upskilling to provide specialist project and business support

 ABOUT YOU

  • Cert III Business Administration, or similar
  • Delight in communicating with internal and external stakeholders and able to build effective relationships
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Current Drivers Licence and willingness to obtain a Construction Industry Induction Card
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Experience with INX software is a nice to have
