YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The scope of work will be, but is not limited to;

• Installation of underground electrical services, setting up cable winches and rollers, while working alongside mobile plant & equipment.
• Installation of HV, LV & instrumentation cables over approximately 14kms.
• Testing of underground electrical services.
• QA / QC Completions

WHAT YOU REQUIRE

• Must have heavy commercial, construction or mining experience
• Must have HV & LV cable installation experience 
• Must be Western Australian based 
• WA Electrical Licence
• Driver’s licence
• CPR/ LVR 
• Full Australian working rights

ABOUT BARROW ISLAND

Barrow Island Barrow Island is located around 60 kilometres from the mainland and approximately 139 kilometres west of the Port of Dampier. It's also home to Chevron’s Gorgon Project and WA Oil operations. It is the largest oil field discovered in Western Australia. Ertech has been a major service provider to Chevron Australia’s Gorgon Project for over 10 years.

Barrow Island provides excellent on-site accommodation including meal services, as well as gym facilities (mixed and separate gyms available for men & women with a variety of fitness classes to choose from), sporting facilities including a football field, golf simulator, bike hire, 2 swimming pools, basketball court, tennis court and a cricket pitch!
