ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a Permanent full-time position, based in NSW.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced site-based Planner to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Projects Manager, you will support team members and projects as required in the delivery of planning and project control requirements.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Progress updates, planning and scheduling using Primavera P6,
  • Prepare and support in preparation of client and internal reporting,
  • Be able to ascertain program risks and develop with project team recovery measures,
  • Be able to develop EOT programs and narratives,
  • Support the project team in developing and measuring short term programs and progress,
  • Measure and manage KPIs,
  • Understand and support in project costs as required,
  • Be able to support in forecasting both cost and time.

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or similar related field (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering)
  • 5-10 years relevant experience working on Civil Engineering infrastructure projects – (Roads, concrete works, remediation, buildings etc)
  • Previous onsite experience in Civil Construction or similar environment.
  • TfNSW experience - preferred
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work efficiently under own initiative
  • Proven Planning and scheduling experience with demonstrated proficiency with Primavera P6 - Essential
  • Experience working with schedule change management & sound Planning capabilities.
  • Proficient in the use and application of MS Office suite
