ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a permanent full time position based out of Ertech’s Head Office in Wangara.

Ertech is experiencing an exciting period of growth and have a long term, diverse pipeline of projects that will require recruitment support over a long term basis. As such we are seeking a motivated, approachable and quality focused Advisor to manage the end-to-end recruitment of white collar personnel.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Utilizing your expertise in sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates
• Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a perfect match between the candidate's qualifications and the role's requirements
• Serving as a brand ambassador for Ertech, promoting our company culture and values throughout the recruitment process
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of talented individuals and building long-lasting relationships with candidates
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize the recruitment process, ensuring a exceptional candidate experience

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Substantial proven previous experience managing a large white collar recruitment portfolio
• Experience within an internal recruitment team will be highly regarded
• An established track record of successful recruitment within the civil construction industry, highly regarded
• The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• A strong customer service focus with a sincere effort with candidate care and professionalism
• Previous experience using PageUp recruitment platform will be highly regarded
