We are now recruiting Graduate Civil and Electrical Engineers to join our 2026 Graduate Program.

Our graduate program partners with Engineering Education Australia to provide recent graduates with diverse operational practices, mentoring, and development, aiming to create multi-skilled professionals by combining university theory with practical real-world experience.

Are you a final-year student with a passion for Civil or Electrical Engineering? Are you eager to apply your skills in real-world scenarios, including remote locations across Australia? Look no further!

We are seeking individuals who have:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Electrical Engineering, coupled with practical experience gained through vacation work or similar.  (You must be in your final year of study or have recently graduated).
• A genuine enthusiasm for our field and a keen interest in hands-on projects, often in remote/regional areas of Australia.
• Flexibility to work on a FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) or DIDO (Drive-In-Drive-Out) roster from Perth.
• Strong analytical skills, sound decision-making abilities, and a knack for creative problem-solving.
• Resilience, diligence, and a steadfast commitment to safety in the workplace.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for teamwork and the ability to thrive in diverse environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural strength in building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.
