This role is a Permanent full-time position, FIFO for Barrow Island. 

We have an exciting new opportunity for an HSE Administrator to join our dynamic HSE team. The HSE administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the HSE team's efforts to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible work environment while working closely with business units to align HSE objectives with the company's overall business goals. 

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

• Enter task, workplace inspections and HSEQ events (incidents, hazards cards etc) into Oneway 

• Uploading tickets, challenge tests and mobilisation compliance checks 

• General HSE data entry (updating registers from hard copies IE rigging/ladder register) 

• Training bookings  

• PPE orders 

• New mobilisation walk around camps/blue key/FOC card if on site 

• Building site notices, contact cards & KPI reporting displays 

ABOUT YOU 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: 

• Previous experience in a HSE administrator or general administrator role 

• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel etc. 

• Excellent organisational skills 

• High level attention to detail. 

• Ability to provide support across multiple departments 

• Excellent oral and written communication  

ABOUT BARROW ISLAND  

Barrow Island is located around 60 kilometres from the mainland and approximately 139 kilometres west of the Port of Dampier. It's also home to Chevron’s Gorgon Project and WA Oil operations. It is the largest oil field discovered in Western Australia. Ertech has been a major service provider to Chevron Australia’s Gorgon Project for over 10 years. 

Barrow Island provides excellent on-site accommodation including meal services, as well as gym facilities (mixed and separate gyms available for men & women with a variety of fitness classes to choose from), sporting facilities including a football field, golf simulator, bike hire, 2 swimming pools, basketball court, tennis court and a cricket pitch!
