• Newly created role on recently awarded works | Permanent, Full-time position
• 2:1 FIFO roster, 30% site allowance
• Established team, long term ongoing work 

We are proud of the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build. We are now recruiting a Senior Supervisor to be part of our growing team.

Your role:

• Assist with project mobilisation and readiness activities.
• Support resource management and coordination with respect to people, plant and equipment.
• Effectively lead, coach and support a team of team members across a range of disciplines.
• Interface and work closely with our onsite engineers to ensure overall project progress, quality and safety.
• Drive a culture of safety excellence centred on self and others.
• Lead and effectively manage client engagement and key stakeholder relationships.

Your background:

• 7 yrs minimum experience with civil construction in a similar role
• Experience supervising complex, multiple supervisor teams
• Demonstrated experience ideally with earthworks, roads, electrical or drainage related projects.  
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
