ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a Permanent full-time position based in our Wangara Head Officer.  We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced IT Support Officer to join our dynamic IT Team. 

 

As the IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for helpdesk and desktop support to end users remotely or face to face. Installing, supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure at regional offices and sites.

 

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide deskside, remote and telephone user support, including building and deploying machines.
  • Be the focal point for all Service desk calls and ensure escalations are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to resolve any support issues are logged, escalated and resolved within required time frames.
  • Assist users with access issues on ERP systems
  • Assist with management of stock and ensure procurement of equipment is done to ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Maintain the asset management system to ensure equipment is tracked and

 

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • High level of skill with the relevant technologies such as Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, desktop and laptop hardware, Apple iPhone’s.
  • Highly desirable experience with Windows Server, Office 365 admin centre.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service to the wider business to ensure IT meets and exceeds there requirements .
  • Ability to work with remote staff to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with in a corporate environment
