ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting a Trades Assistant to join our team in the Wangara Workshop.

The role will include but not be limited to the following;

• Conducting pre-start checks on workshop forklifts and utility
• Picking up and delivering parts
• Sorting and moving parts within the workshop
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area in the workshop and associated areas
• Assisting workshop staff as needed
• Performing high-pressure cleaning of Ertech plant and equipment in the wash bay
• Basic mechanical duties dependent on ability and assisting Tradesmen
• Performing yard duties and operating the forklift as directed

ESSENTIAL RQUIREMENTS FOR THESE ROLES ARE.

• Full car licence – MUST HAVE
• Forklift licence – MUST HAVE
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Clear communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Willingness to be part of a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and AOD screening.
