 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team supporting our long-term Infrastructure construction scopes in NSW.

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the Project Manager and leading the project team to achieve deliverables, meet contractual obligations and maximise profitability. The Senior Project Engineer will perform tasks in alignment with the company’s values and operation procedures which include safety, environment and quality standards.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Deliver assigned project scope with accountability, ensuring alignment with project outcomes, budgets, contract requirements, and quality and HSEQ standards.
  • Plan, prioritise, and manage resources and tasks systematically to meet project objectives while balancing competing priorities and risks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, responding proactively to requests, and driving value-focused outcomes.
  • Lead and empower teams through collaboration, coaching, and recognition, fostering high performance, diversity, and continuous learning.
  • Apply sound commercial awareness and problem-solving expertise to assess risks, identify opportunities, and implement effective, evidence-based solutions.
  • Promote a safe working environment and role model professional conduct, ethical decision-making, and continuous self-development.

 To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in relevant industry
  • TfNSW roads experience
  • White Card - CPCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearence
  • Valid Driver’s License
