ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Supervisor to join our Duratec-Ertech Joint Venture (DEJV) supporting our long-term major infrastructure construction scopes in Rockingham, WA.

As the Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating project delivery to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project objectives, while driving team performance and maintaining strong client relationships.

Please note: This role will be employed by Ertech and seconded to the Duratec–Ertech Joint Venture (DEJV).

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Lead project delivery in line with Project Management Plans, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
• Contribute to project start-up planning, including work plans, resourcing, and risk and opportunity identification
• Supervise and coordinate site teams to maximise productivity, efficiency, and performance outcomes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring clear, timely communication
• Identify, assess and resolve project issues, providing practical solutions and recommendations
• Navigate complex and changing environments, making sound decisions aligned with project objectives
• Influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders, adapting style to suit different audiences
• Foster a high-performing team culture through coaching, feedback, and development of team members
• Promote collaboration, recognise team contributions, and manage performance and conflict in line with company procedures

To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• 7-10 years’ experience working in Supervision roles, specifically on Civil Infrastructure projects
• Possess a strong technical background in earthworks and services (essential)
• Possess a strong technical background in excavation works
• Relevant Leadership & Supervisor qualifications (desirable)
• CPCWHS1001 Construction White Card
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearence
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential)
• Australian Defence background is desirable
• MUST hold relevant Australian work rights.
