ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join our team initially at HMAS Stirling, and more broadly supporting the delivery of marine infrastructure projects across Western Australia.

As the Supervisor, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and be responsible for overseeing medium-sized projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead onsite activities, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources in accordance with operational procedures, including safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Supervise construction activities, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and project opportunities.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through professional communication and responsive service delivery.
• Promote teamwork by providing leadership, guidance, coaching, and conflict resolution to support team performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements and maintain a safe working environment across all project activities.
• Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement by contributing to planning, problem-solving, and process improvements.

To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• 5 years of experience in similar industry
• Moderate-high level of experience in supervising teams (10-20 field personnel) in driven piling activities
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• CPCWHS1001 Construction White Card
• MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights
