ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our NSW team and contribute to the delivery of a major Transport and Infrastructure project.

Initially based in our Macquarie Park office, this role will transition to the project site from August, where you will become a key member of the team delivering the Heathcote Road Overtaking Lane Project.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for coordinating project administration activities, maintaining site-based accounting and administrative systems, and supporting the implementation of cost control and cost-tracking processes. This role plays an important part in ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of the project.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Maintain and administer project cost control, procurement, accounting, and administrative systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate invoice processing, subcontractor onboarding, and project financial administration to ensure accurate and timely outcomes.
  • Provide project support including mobilisation logistics, record management, document control, and maintenance of project personnel records.
  • Support project teams by communicating project information, responding to stakeholder enquiries, and assisting with project meetings and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with company business systems, HSE requirements, archiving standards, and confidentiality obligations.
  • Contribute to project and organisational objectives by providing administrative support during peak periods, audits, staff leave coverage, and other business requirements as needed.

 To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Project Administration, Mobilisation, or Workforce Planning role within the construction sector.
  • Proficient in InEight Teambinder.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond to evolving project demands and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant project or workforce management software.
  • MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights
