  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant project information and develop comprehensive, value driven and solutions focused submissions.
  • Assist with contract handovers, ensuring Project Managers are fully briefed on pricing, program, risks, and delivery strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while contributing to the continuous improvement of Pre-Contracts systems and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to support future opportunities.
  • Mentor and support team members, while promoting a collaborative, high-performing, and safety-focused culture aligned with Ertech's values.

To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 10+ years' construction industry experience, including 3–5 years in an estimating, tendering, or pre-contracts role.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies, procurement models, estimating, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to develop winning tender strategies to deliver profitable outcomes.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in estimating, scheduling, and bid management software (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
