ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposals Coordinator to join our Pre-Contracts team in Wangara. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in securing new work by coordinating the development of high-quality tender submissions, expressions of interest, prequalifications and client presentations.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of tenders, EOIs and prequalification submissions.
• Prepare bid plans, manage submission timelines and coordinate review meeting requests to support compliant, on-time delivery.
• Work closely with Pre-Contracts Managers, Bid Managers, Estimators and operational teams to source and develop submission content.
• Monitor tender inbox correspondence and download tender documents, addenda and related information.
• Maintain CRM records, tender portals, bid reports, SharePoint sites, tender folders and document control records.
• Develop and maintain bid library content, CVs, project case studies, project profiles and reusable proposal material.

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience in bids, tendering, marketing, communications or administration highly regarded, but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative working style and confidence engaging with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Valid Australian working rights.
