ABOUT THE ROLE

We are proud of the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build and are now recruiting for a Project Engineer to be part of our team and ongoing success.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role enjoys a life friendly 2:2 FIFO roster to Barrow Island.

Your role:

  • Support resource management and coordination with respect to people, plant and equipment.
  • Effectively lead, coach and support a team of team members across a range of disciplines.
  • Interface and work closely with our onsite engineers to ensure overall project progress, quality and safety.
  • Assist with drawing interpretation and onsite quality requirements.
  • Drive a culture of safety excellence centered on self and others.
  • Lead and effectively manage client engagement and key stakeholder relationships.

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Degree in Engineering from within a related field (Civil Engineering preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience ideally with earthworks, roads, transport infrastructure or drainage related projects
  • Strong aptitude toward QA/QC related documentation 
  • Experience in the construction of mining camps, or other high-density buildings, such as student accommodation, aged care facilities, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels
