ABOUT BARROW ISLAND

Barrow Island is located around 60 kilometres from the mainland and approximately 139 kilometres west of the Port of Dampier. It's also home to Chevron’s Gorgon Project and WA Oil operations. It is the largest oil field discovered in Western Australia. Ertech has been a major service provider to Chevron Australia’s Gorgon Project for over 10 years.

Barrow Island provides excellent on-site accommodation including meal services, as well as gym facilities (mixed and separate gyms available for men & women with a variety of fitness classes to choose from), sporting facilities including a football field, golf stimulator, bike hire, 2 swimming pools, basketball court, tennis court and a cricket pitch!

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a Permanent full-time position based on Barrow Island on a 2:2 roster.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a HSE Graduate to join our dynamic team on Barrow Island. The role will provide on-the-job training, guided learning plans and leadership mentoring.

This position is available for a recent university graduate with an Occupational Health & Safety degree or similar tertiary qualification in H&S + having <1 year experience (work experience is acceptable).

Given the diverse nature of our projects on Barrow Island, candidates should be ready to embrace a FIFO lifestyle.
