ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract on a 2:1, FIFO from Perth. We are seeking All Round Operators to join our dynamic team based on Barrow Island. 

The role will include but will not be limited to;

• Detailed trench excavations
• Detailed backfilling adjacent to structures

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• National Competency Tickets Front End Loader, Excavator & Skid steer
• White Card
• Full working rights in Australia

To be considered for this role you must have experience in;

• Operating small excavators
• Final trimming excavations
• Interpreting and executing work from construction drawings
• Using Grade lasers
• Trimming using excavators and skid steers
• Setting out and cutting to levels
• GPS operation of 2D and 3D systems

ABOUT BARROW ISLAND

Barrow Island is located around 60 kilometres from the mainland and approximately 139 kilometres west of the Port of Dampier. It's also home to Chevron’s Gorgon Project and WA Oil operations. It is the largest oil field discovered in Western Australia. Ertech has been a major service provider to Chevron Australia’s Gorgon Project for over 10 years.

Barrow Island provides excellent on-site accommodation including meal services, as well as gym facilities (mixed and separate gyms available for men & women with a variety of fitness classes to choose from), sporting facilities including a football field, golf simulator, bike hire, 2 swimming pools, basketball court, tennis court and a cricket pitch!
