ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for white collar roles in business. This role is pivotal in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent to support our growing operations.

 

As the Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to develop proactive recruitment strategies, ensuring we secure the best professionals in the industry.

 

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage the recruitment for white-collar roles, including Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, Contract Administrators, and other key professional positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Oversee the offer process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future workforce planning.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarking, and best recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding and employee value proposition (EVP).
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems.

 

ABOUT YOU

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within the civil construction or engineering sectors, specifically for white-collar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent attraction, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of employment legislation and recruitment compliance in the construction industry.
